We then use a specialty cleaning solution to remove years of deep-set dirt, oils, dust-mites, pollen, and other contaminants while repeatedly rinsing your rug with a pH conditioned rinse. As a word of caution NEVER use over-the-counter products (i.e. Resolve, Oxyclean, etc.) on area rugs as they may set the stain making it impossible for removal. Also NEVER allow a “carpet cleaning” company the opportunity to set the urine stain because of uneducated technicians.
