Our Process

Inspection

If an area rug requires an ozone treatment, we will notify the client, discuss the treatment, and seek approval.

Treatment

With treatment, the area rug is placed in a containment compartment, and ozone gas is introduced for a pre-determined period.

Cleaning

After treatment, we remove the area rug, inspect it, and then move the textile through the cleaning and drying process.
